Azahar graduated from Culinary Institute of America with a Degree in Culinary Art & Hospitality Management. He has more than eighteen years experience in both offshore and onshore hospitality industry.

Azahar has worked in international companies such as Compass Group Ltd (based in UK), Eurest International & Far East Ltd, Taylor’s Hospitality Company, and Hyatt Chain Hotel. His contribution for Kitchen manual, Kitchen Brigade Team, Menu Planning and assessment has been recognized by several hotel chain in Malaysia.

Azahar joined Bayam in 2008 when the company secured its first international catering contract in Vietnam. His current position is General Manager of Business Development.
